  9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday: Help desk service
  5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday: Callback service
  10:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday to Sunday: Help desk service

You can even select multiple schemes at the same time. For example, you can use mostly the Untimed Access all-you-can-use service, while keeping some credit in your Premium Access account in case you have forgot to renew your access period but require urgent access for an important email. This feature allow maximum flexibility for you to arrange your online time to best suit your needs.
