Here is our general contract terms:

• Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
• No contract (month-to-month), automatically renewed at the end of every calendar months unless termination notice is provided at least 1 week before the month ends.
• Payment of the
  
  • starter pack, and
  • the first month of service fee (pro-rata for partial month)
  is required to confirm the order.
• Payment in advance monthly.  Invoice will be issued 14 days before the month ends.
• If payment is not received before expiry, the service will be suspended until payment is confirmed (no refund or credit for suspension period).
• You may change the plan at the end of the calendar month by giving at least 1 week written notice.
• All SIM Cards remain the property of the mobile network provider (Optus).
