Our Network Care services are of excellent value.  We offer attractive casual rate, or if you need ongoing support services, there are range of maintenance plans for you to choose from:

• SOHO Network Care: Up to 5 computers and 1 server
• SME Network Care: Up to 15 computers and 2 servers
• Corporate Network Care: Up to 30 computers and 3 servers

Conditions apply:

1. If the number of trips and hours in a month exceed the entitlement, the extra trips and hours will be billed at our casual rate.
2. An initial visit will be conducted in the first month for us to take an inventory of hardware and software; we may need a copy of the site plan for us to draw the network layout for our technical reference.
3. Maximum response time is 4 hours within Sydney metropolitan area; if the client calls after 1:00 pm, we will endeavour to arrive at the site before 5:00 pm, but if time does not allow, it will be the next day morning instead.
4. 50% of loading will apply for after hours work.
5. The minimum service contract is 6 months, but you can terminate the contract after 3 months by paying one extra month to cover the cost of the initial visit.
6. Services do NOT include network upgrade and severe damage repair, which will be either on casual rate or quoted as a separate project.
