Here is our general contract terms:

• Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Contract of 6 months, automatically renewed every 3 months afterwards unless termination notice is provided at least 1 month before the current term expires.
• Payment of the
  
  • installation fee, and
  • the first 3 months of service fee
  is required to confirm the order.
• Payment in advance every 3 months.  Invoice will be issued 14 days before the start of the 3-month billing term.
• If payment is not received 10 days before the term starts, the service may be suspended without notice at Accsoft's sole discretion.  The customer is liable for the invoiced payment even if the service is suspended.
• You may change the speed and traffic plan at anytime.  (The higher of the two plan fees will apply for the month when the change occurs.)
• While traffic plan change is free, speed change will attract a once-off $33 fee.
