If you need short but regular connections, this plan will suit you best.  You buy a block of access time and it ticks only when you use it.  If occasionally you want to connect for long time, once your weekly usage (Monday to Sunday) reaches 8 hours, any further connections will be free for the rest of the week (until mid-night Sunday).

When your access time is about to run out (3 hours or less), we will send you an obligation free email reminder, and you can order more access time online or by phone.

Premium plan includes not only all common dial-up features but also the followings:

• Prepaid - buy a block of access time and use until it finishes
• Timed by the second - if you connect for one second, it's one second that is counted, no more
• No use-by date - if you are not using your purchased time, it stays in your account (conditions apply)
• Unlimited traffic - there is no download charge, connection time is all you need to pay for
• Unlimited session - you can stay online for as long as you like before the access time runs out.
• Charge Capped on 8 hours per week - only the first 8 hours in a week (Monday to Sunday) is chargable *
