You may edit the menu and settings using the Admin Menu (the blue bar at the top after logging in).  To edit the navigation menu, please click "Menu Edit" on the blue bar.

In the Menu Editor, the "Topic Name" is the name shown on the menu, and the text in "Topic Description" is shown when the mouse pointer covers the menu item.  When you create a new menu item, make sure you fill in the "Topic" (a unique key) and the "Page Address".
