No technologies to-date can claim to be able to block ALL spam.  Many computer programs or services can achieve certain level of spam identification but sometimes genuine email may be misidentified as spam and deleted wrongly.

If too many email are treated as spam and got deleted, you may miss some genuine email.  On the other hand, if too many email are let through, your mailbox will be flooded with spam.  Accsoft is walking a fine line between these two considerations.

We employ the following anti-spam measures:

• FrontGuard Spam Blocker analyzes all incoming emails and stop junk emails from being delivered at all 
• Blackhole Lists blacklists publicly identified spam sources based on IP addresses  (change my setting)
• Mail Log Scan detects unusual email activities and block them before becoming worse

For domain (@yourdomain) email users, you may also:

• Email addressed directly to your collection address @accsoft.com.au  (change my setting)
• Discard email addressed to unlisted addresses  (change my setting)
