Your email mailbox name (your Accsoft User ID) is not enough for the sender to address you. He or she needs to add @accsoft.com.au after your mail box name to complete the address.  For example, if your User ID were "alberte", your email address would be alberte@accsoft.com.au.  This is similar to putting the street number, street name, suburb and post code after the recipient's name when you send a paper mail.

Accsoft allows up to 5 email addresses to be assigned to every email box under accsoft.com.au. Including your main mail box, you have up to 6 email addresses with Accsoft. If you have your own domain, we allow unlimited number of email addresses to be linked to any Accsoft mailboxes you designate.
