Having your domain name parked with an ISP is not enough. You need to tell the world to go to that ISP's DNS to look up your name. The governing body of Internet names (ICANN) has licensed every Top Level Domains (TLDs) to various registries around the world. The registry is an administrator. It licenses registrars in the country to provide the commercial domain registration services to the domain registrant - you.
Your domain name needs to be registered with a registrar in order to be visible to the world, not just the ISP that parks your domain.
The largest registrar for .com.au is Melbourne IT, of which Accsoft has been an authorised ISP since 1996 when they first assumed the responsibility of the .com.au ccTLD. Accsoft not only registers .com.au domains, but also other Global Top Level Domains (gTLDs) like .com, .net, .org, .biz and .info for you.
Once you have registered your domain name with Accsoft, the domain parking service is FREE.
